- Manage appointment schedules efficiently to optimize client flow and service delivery
- Maintain accurate and updated client records including contact details and treatment history
- Cross-sell therapies and beauty products to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue
- Uphold salon cleanliness, hygiene, and safety protocols to ensure a safe environment
- Monitor and track stock levels to maintain adequate inventory for treatments and sales
- Greet customers warmly upon arrival to create a welcoming atmosphere
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Proven work experience as a beautician or in a similar role
- Familiarity with skin care therapies such as moisturizing, exfoliation, and peeling
- Strong knowledge of skincare, cosmetics, and beauty treatments
