Job Summary
Provide professional beauty and hair services including eyebrow trimming, facials, makeup, manicure, and pedicure treatments. Attend to customer enquiries, manage retail stock, and maintain cleanliness in assigned work areas to ensure excellent customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Deliver hair and beauty services including eyebrow trimming, facial treatments, and makeup services to meet customer needs
- Perform manicure, pedicure, nail SPA, and treatment services with attention to quality and hygiene
- Respond promptly and accurately to customer enquiries to support retail sales
- Greet walk-in customers, assess their needs, and offer appropriate assistance
- Conduct regular stock takes, pack stock, and organize inventory to maintain retail readiness
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the assigned work area as directed by the manager
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Possess at least secondary school, N or O level, Professional Certificate, or Nitec in any field
- Able to converse in English or Mandarin to communicate effectively with customers
- Demonstrate a well-groomed, self-motivated personality to represent the brand positively
- Exhibit friendliness, approachability, and a strong passion for customer service and sales
- Possess good communication skills and maintain a positive attitude in customer interactions
