Job Summary
Provide professional beauty, hair and nail care services while delivering excellent customer service and maintaining organized retail and work areas.
Responsibilities
- Deliver beauty and hair services including eyebrow trimming, facials, and makeup to meet customer needs
- Perform manicure and pedicure services, including nail SPA and treatments, ensuring high-quality care
- Attend to customer enquiries and provide clear, helpful retail assistance to enhance customer satisfaction
- Greet walk-in customers, assess their needs, and offer appropriate beauty and retail solutions
- Conduct stock takes, pack stock, and organize inventory to maintain efficient retail operations
- Perform housekeeping duties in assigned work areas to ensure a clean and safe environment
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Completion of at least primary/secondary school or N or O level, Professional Certificate, or Nitec in any field
- Ability to converse in English or Mandarin to communicate effectively with customers
- Well-groomed appearance with a self-motivated personality
- Friendly and approachable demeanor to foster positive customer interactions
- Strong passion for handling customers or sales to drive service excellence
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude to support teamwork and customer engagement
