Responsibilities
- Deliver professional beauty treatments following company standards to achieve high client satisfaction
- Conduct detailed consultations before and after treatments to accurately identify and address client needs
- Provide clear and professional pre-treatment and post-treatment care advice to support client wellbeing
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and service quality to ensure a safe and professional environment
- Ensure every client experiences a comfortable, safe, and satisfying visit through attentive care and service
Required competencies and certifications
- Demonstrate at least one (1) year of relevant experience in the beauty or wellness industry to perform treatments effectively
- Work independently with self-drive while collaborating effectively within a team environment
- Apply a strong sense of responsibility combined with a positive, service-oriented mindset to meet client expectations
- Show willingness to work on weekends and public holidays as required to support business operations
