- Deliver professional beauty treatments such as facial services, skincare, basic hair removal, and makeup to meet customer needs
- Assess customers skin condition accurately to recommend suitable treatments and beauty products
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety of treatment rooms, tools, and equipment to comply with company standards
- Explain treatment procedures clearly to customers before and after service to ensure understanding and comfort
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships to enhance satisfaction and loyalty
- Manage appointment scheduling efficiently and assist customers with enquiries to provide smooth service flow
- Promote and recommend beauty packages, treatments, and retail products to support sales goals
- Adhere to company procedures, service standards, and hygiene regulations consistently
