Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Beautician to deliver quality beauty treatments, manage client feedback, maintain customer records, train junior staff, and support daily shop operations across multiple locations in Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on beauty services including nails, facial treatments, lash extensions, hair removal, and body treatments to ensure client satisfaction
• Manage client feedback and resolve complaints efficiently to maintain high service standards
• Maintain accurate customer records and beauty history to support personalized service delivery
• Conduct training sessions and performance appraisals for junior staff to enhance team skills and service quality
• Assist the manager in daily shop operations to ensure smooth business functioning
• Work on weekends and public holidays as required to meet client demand
• Travel within Singapore to provide services at multiple workplace locations

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Demonstrated skills in beauty treatments such as waxing, lashes, nails, and facial care
• Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and team members
• Ability to work effectively as a team player
• Experience in conducting appraisals and staff training
