Job Summary
Provide personalised skincare treatments and professional advice, recommend suitable products and deliver exceptional hands-on care. Support retail operations, daily activities to ensure a high-quality customer experience.
Job Highlights
- Basic Salary + Performance Incentives + Attractive Commission S$(2,200 to 4,000)

Responsibilities
- Assess customers skincare needs and provide professional advice
- Perform facial treatments to customer's comfort and satisfaction
- Perform body slimming, body contouring and slimming treatments for customers
- Educate and recommend appropriate treatments and products to customers
- Build and maintain positive rapport with customers
- Maintain a clean, hygienic and professional treatment environment
- Support and contribute to the company's social media presence
- Assist with taking photos and short videos for Instagram, Stories and other media platforms
- Participate in promotional campaigns, product launches and marketing activities
- Represent and promote the company positively in all customer interactions
Required Competencies and Certifications
- Beauty-related qualifications (Cidesco, ITE, CIBTAC, WSQ etc)
- Basic knowledge of skin concepts and practical facial massage techniques
- Experience in body slimming/body contouring treatments is highly preferred
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in skincare or beauty treatments
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage clients effectively
- Strong sales mindset with confidence in recommending treatments and products
- Service-oriented mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn continuously
- Ability to work collaboratively as a team player
