Job Summary
Provide facial and brand-specific beauty treatments to clients while maintaining high service standards and professionalism in a luxury spa environment.
Responsibilities
- Deliver facial and brand-specific beauty treatments to meet clients individual needs and enhance their experience
- Achieve personal treatment completion targets, client attendance goals, and service quality standards
- Provide attentive and professional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention
- Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and safety of service areas, equipment, and supplies to comply with hygiene standards
- Confidently handle beauty equipment and tools to perform treatments effectively
- Work collaboratively with team members during shifts, including weekends and public holidays, to support operational needs
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Possess professional beauty or spa service certifications such as CIBTAC, ITEC, or WSQ
- Have prior experience working as a beautician in beauty salons
- Demonstrate good manual dexterity and confidence in using beauty treatment equipment
- Exhibit a positive and professional service attitude
Other Information
- Work schedule includes shift work, weekends, and certain public holidays with 6 days off per month
- Remuneration includes attractive basic salary, service commission, performance incentives, and guaranteed commission up to 3 months
