Job Summary

Provide professional beauty services including facials, nails, lashes, and semi-permanent makeup to clients, ensuring high-quality results and customer satisfaction in a supportive, commission-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver facial treatments to improve clients skin health and appearance
• Perform nail care services including manicures and pedicures to enhance client satisfaction
• Apply eyelash extensions or treatments to enhance clients eye aesthetics
• Execute semi-permanent makeup procedures to provide long-lasting cosmetic enhancements
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the treatment area to ensure client safety
• Manage client appointments and provide personalized service recommendations
• Work collaboratively with team members to support a positive and professional salon environment
• Adapt to weekend and public holiday work schedules to meet client demand

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant beautician experience (for experienced beauticians)
• Proficiency in at least 2 of the following services: facials, nails, lashes, semi-permanent makeup
• Availability to work on weekends and public holidays

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Relevant certifications in beauty services that support proficiency and base salary determination

Other Information

Salary & Benefits | 薪资待遇

• Gross monthly salary: S$3,000+-S$5,000+
• Compensation includes base salary, commission, and performance bonus
• Base salary is based on the number of services performed, proficiency, and certifications

Working Hours | 工作时间

• Monday-Friday: 10am-8pm
• Weekends: 9:30am-8pm
