- Skincare & Body Treatments: Perform facials, apply masks, and provide anti-stress massages or body wraps to improve skin health.
- Hair Removal: Execute hair removal services including waxing, threading, electrolysis, and laser treatments.
- Makeup & Aesthetics: Apply makeup for special occasions, shape eyebrows, and provide product recommendations based on skin tone and type.
- Nail Care: Perform manicures, pedicures, and nail art applications.
- Client Management: Greet customers, conduct skin analyses, provide advice on personal care routines, and book appointments.
- Hygiene & Maintenance: Sterilize tools, clean workstations, and monitor inventory levels of lotions, polishes, and other supplies.
Key Skills and Requirements
- Certifications: A high school diploma, plus a license or diploma in cosmetology or beauty therapy is typically required.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in various beauty techniques, with strong attention to detail.
- Customer Service: Excellent communication skills to understand client needs and build rapport.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive motions.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work evenings and weekends.
