Job Summary

Our company is looking for a professional and experienced Beautician to join our beauty service team.

Responsibilities

Deliver facial treatments, basic skincare, and beauty services to clients following established protocols

Perform skin analysis to assess client needs and recommend appropriate treatments or products

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of treatment rooms and equipment to ensure a safe environment

Follow proper service procedures and uphold customer care standards during all client interactions

Respond to customer enquiries and feedback professionally to enhance client satisfaction

Keep accurate records of treatments and service documentation for client history and quality control

Support team operations by performing other related duties as assigned

Preferred competencies and qualifications

Demonstrate knowledge of basic facial treatments, skincare products, and beauty procedures

Communicate clearly and provide attentive customer service to support positive client experiences

Exhibit a responsible, professional, and well-groomed attitude suitable for a client-facing role

Show flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required
