Job Descriptions:

. Performing various skin treatments according to clients needs, such as facial/skin treatments.

. Scheduling client's appointments

. Data entry of client's information

. Keep documentation and maintain client's files

. Perform pre-treatment and after treatment consultation

. Acknowledge and respond to relevant client's queries, needs and expectations

. Suggest and promote retail products or additional services

. Stock taking

. Ensure treatment rooms are clean and neat

. Any other administrative task when required

. Good communications and interpersonal skills

. Well-groomed

. Positive attitude and good team player

. Excellent interpersonal skills, time management and organization skills

. Sale oriented, service oriented and customer focused

. Able to work shifts, weekends and Public Holidays
