- Body Treatments: Massages and other treatments to cleanse and moisturize.
Client & Business Management
- Consultation: Listening to clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Recommendations: Suggesting hairstyles, colors, products, and skincare routines.
- Sales: Cross-selling products and additional beauty services.
- Scheduling: Booking appointments and managing client records.
- Customer Service: Providing excellent service to build a loyal clientele.
Workplace & Professionalism
- Hygiene: Keeping workstations, tools, and equipment clean and sterilized.
- Inventory: Monitoring stock levels of lotions, polishes, and other supplies.
- Training: Staying current with beauty trends, techniques, and products.
- Collaboration: Working with other staff for a cohesive salon experience.
