Roles & Responsibilities

• Full-Spectrum Service: Deliver professional facial, body, manicure, and pedicure treatments for a diverse clientele (both male and female).

• Skin Consultation: Conduct expert skin analyses to identify concerns and recommend customized treatment plans.

• Client Relationship Management: Build lasting rapport with clients through warm, attentive, and personalized service.

• Expert Guidance: Provide clear pre-treatment advice and post-treatment aftercare routines to ensure long-lasting results.

• Service Advocacy: Identify client needs and introduce relevant beauty services or upgrades that align with their goals.

• Hygiene & Standards: Maintain a pristine environment. This includes sterilizing equipment, managing consumables, and ensuring treatment rooms meet top-tier cleanliness standards.

• Detailed Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and confidential client files and treatment histories.

• Team Support: Assist with ad-hoc operational duties to ensure the smooth running of the salon.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in a professional salon or spa environment.

• Technical Skill: Proven proficiency in performing a wide range of beauty and body treatments.

• Soft Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills you should be a people person by nature.

• Flexibility: Availability to work a rotating schedule, including shifts, weekends, and Public Holidays.

• Professionalism: Well-groomed appearance and a positive, can-do attitude that reflects our brand standards.
