Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Provide beauty treatments including facials, waxing, threading, and basic makeup application
• Assess clients skin and recommend suitable treatments and products
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of tools, equipment, and workstations
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business
• Handle customer inquiries and provide professional advice on skincare routines
• Manage appointments and ensure timely service delivery
• Promote and upsell beauty products and services where appropriate

Requirements:

• Qualified with working experience, preferably in relevant industry
• Willingness to learn and demonstrates a positive working attitude
• Friendly, professional, and well-groomed appearance
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
