Job Responsibilities

Perform a variety of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM)-inspired wellness therapies, including:

Introduce and explain the benefits, functions, and precautions of each therapy to clients with professionalism and care.
Ensure proper maintenance, cleanliness, and calibration of all wellness therapy equipment.
Monitor and record clients therapy effects and physical responses accurately and promptly.
Deliver an exceptional client experience with a positive attitude, empathy, and genuine dedication to their wellbeing.

Facial

Provide professional analysis, consultation, and advice to customers on suitable beauty products and treatments
Perform facial treatments for customers
Handle customer requests, enquiries, and concerns professionally
Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
Manage client enquiries, appointment bookings, and reception of clients upon arrival
Conduct post-treatment follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and treatment effectiveness

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in wellness, spa, or TCM therapy.
Minimum of 2 years relevant working experience in facial
Possession of a Professional Certificate / NiTEC / CIBTAC / ITEC in Beauty and Skincare is preferred
