Job Scope:

. As part of a high performing team, work together with the team members to ensure customers are your priority at every point of contact and to achieve sales target

. Book appointments over the phone and serve walk-in based on availability.

. Understand customer's needs and wants and perform professional consultation to recommend company's treatments and products

. Follow up with patients on their treatments and remind them of their treatments

. Monitor and evaluate ways to meet sales targets

. Required to comply with all workplace health and safety standards

. Maintain excellent after-sales relationships with customers

. Read and comply with all company policies and procedures

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide a range of beauty treatments, including facials, hair removal and more.

- Offer personalized consultations and recommend appropriate treatments based on clients needs.

- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the salon and treatment areas.

- Stay up to date with the latest beauty trends and techniques to enhance service offerings.

- Build strong, professional relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.

Requirements:

. Min 1 years experience in Aesthetics / Beauty industries

. Sales oriented and customer focus

. Good knowledge of beauty treatments and products (e.g. for skin care and treatment)

. Service-oriented with self-motivation for achieving sales targets

. Team player with excellent interpersonal communication skills

. Good work attitude and willingness to learn

Work hours:

. Weekday 11am-9pm weekends and PH 10am-7pm

.Annal leave up to 14 days
