Job Summary
Provide professional spa facial treatments and support spa operations by preparing products, managing stock, and addressing customer queries promptly and politely under the guidance of the Spa Manager.
Responsibilities
- Deliver professional spa facial treatments consistently following established spa standards
- Prepare treatment products and replenish stocks and towel supplies to maintain smooth operations
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of treatment rooms and spa facilities
- Respond to customer queries and concerns efficiently, promptly, and politely to ensure customer satisfaction
- Follow instructions and comply with operational guidelines set by the Spa Manager
- Collaborate effectively with team members to support a positive and productive work environment
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- ITEC/WSQ certificate or facial/massage certification preferred
- Ability to commit to work on weekends and public holidays
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in spa or facial treatments
- Demonstrated teamwork skills and a positive, hardworking attitude
