Beautician / Beauty Therapist

We are seeking experienced and passionate Beauty Therapists to join our growing team at our centrally located outlets in Singapore. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality beauty and wellness services to clients, while maintaining excellent customer service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform professional face and body treatments, including skincare, facial treatments, slimming, and wellness therapies

• Provide massage services and basic therapeutic treatments where required

• Conduct consultations with clients to recommend suitable treatments and packages

• Promote and sell beauty products and services to customers

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of treatment rooms and equipment

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business

• Handle customer inquiries and provide after-service follow-up

• Support daily outlet operations and assist in achieving sales targets

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in beauty, facial, body, or wellness treatments

• Candidates with multiple skill sets (e.g. facial, massage, slimming, manicure, or TCM beauty) will have an advantage

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Customer-oriented with a positive working attitude

• Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays

• Relevant certifications in beauty or wellness will be an added advantage
