- Develop and maintain a pipeline of leads and opportunities, and manage the sales process from initial contact to scheduling meetings, focusing on Enterprise Accounts.
- Conduct research and gather information on prospects, their business needs, and pain points to identify opportunities for our Omnichat product.
- Schedule and conduct product demos and presentations to key decision-makers, and follow up with them to move them through the sales funnel.
- Collaborate with our marketing and business development teams to develop and execute effective lead generation campaigns.
- Provide regular updates and reports on sales activity and pipeline status to sales management.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- 3 years+ sales or telesales experience, experience on Marketing Tech SaaS is a BIG plus
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, bilingual in English and Chinese is preferred as you need to engage with Chinese-speaking stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address customer needs and pain points.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
