Company Overview

Our client is a fast-growing telecommunications and network solutions provider in Singapore, specializing in mobile connectivity technologies and partnering with regional telecom operators to deliver reliable infrastructure and advanced eSIM services.

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and performance-driven Business Development Manager with experience in telecommunications, mobile platforms, MVNOs/MNOs, or eSIM services. You will identify new revenue opportunities, develop client and vendor partnerships, and manage the full commercial cycle from prospecting to deal closure. This role involves networking, industry engagement, and representing the company at events.

Responsibilities

  • Build and sustain productive relationships with stakeholders across the mobile connectivity and eSIM ecosystem to support business growth
  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through targeted calls, emails, meetings, and professional networking activities
  • Represent the company at exhibitions, industry forums, conferences, and client meetings to enhance brand presence and secure partnerships
  • Lead commercial negotiations and manage relationships with key partners and vendors to close deals effectively
  • Manage the end-to-end sales lifecycle, including lead generation, proposal development, pricing, contract negotiation, and deal closure
  • Collaborate closely with internal technical, product, and operations teams to deliver integrated solutions tailored to client needs
  • Develop comprehensive business proposals, pricing models, and presentation materials to support client acquisition and retention
  • Monitor sales pipelines and track business performance metrics to meet or exceed revenue targets
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and client focus

Required competencies and certifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in telecommunications, mobile platforms, or eSIM-related industries
  • Strong client management and negotiation skills demonstrated through successful deal closures
  • Solid understanding of mobile connectivity technologies and the eSIM ecosystem
  • Experience collaborating with telecom operators, MVNOs, or technology providers in the mobile sector
  • Diploma or higher qualification in any discipline
