Position: International Business Manager/Director

Reports to: Head of International Business
Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic International Business Manager/Director to lead our international business operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development, strategic planning, and stakeholder management within the clean energy industry. This role will be responsible for driving growth, building strategic partnerships, and ensuring seamless communication with Chinese-speaking stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement international business strategies to achieve growth targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and regulatory bodies.
- Manage and lead a team of business development professionals.
- Provide regular reports and updates to the China headquarters.
- Travel to China periodically for reporting and strategic planning sessions.
- Ensure compliance with local and international regulations and standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality services and solutions.
- Represent the company at international conferences, trade shows, and industry events.
Qualifications:
- 5-10 years of relevant work experience in international business, preferably in the clean energy sector.
- Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English, both written and spoken, as you need to engage with Chinese speaking stakeholders.
- Proven experience in business development, strategic planning, and stakeholder management.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel internationally as required.
- Knowledge of clean energy markets and trends is highly desirable.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
