about the job.Take a high-seniority operational lead role within the Group Technology & Operations division, ensuring the stability and integrity of critical batch processing ecosystems for Private Banking systems.

• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of batch operations, including complex job setup, scheduling, and execution monitoring across multiple testing environments.

• Provide dedicated operational support for batch failures or execution overruns, driving incident investigation and root-cause resolution in partnership with engineering teams.

• Engineer detailed execution and run-status reports to facilitate rigorous testing validation and management decision-making.

• Formulate and maintain comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure compliant and seamless transitions during production handovers.

• Coordinate closely with system architects and analysts to implement technical solutions that meet stringent security, regulatory, and architectural mandates.

skills and experience required.

• At least 10 years of professional experience in technical operations or batch management, preferably within a major financial institution.

• Advanced hands-on proficiency in Control-M for batch scheduling and execution management.

• Strong technical command of Red Hat Linux, AIX, and Shell scripting for operational automation and troubleshooting.

• Deep expertise in managing databases such as Oracle, Sybase, and SQL within high-availability banking environments.

• Practical knowledge of specialized wealth management platforms, specifically Temenos Wealthsuite or Triple'A Plus.

• Proven ability to manage incidents using enterprise tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Remedy.

• Flexibility to work on rotational shift schedules, including overnight shifts, to support essential end-of-day processing cycles.
