MAIN OPERATIONAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure high standards of service of beverages and provide professional, friendly and efficient service at all times
- Maintain security of operating equipment in the bar and beverage and food stocks in the bar areas
- Perform regular inventories of beverage and operating equipment
- Maintain and control all bar stocks and ensure effective control procedures
- Prepare sufficient mise en place for all bar operations according to the daily business forecast
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL:
- Complete knowledge of Alcoholic beverages & service
- Skilled bar service cocktails and mixed drinks
- Excellent social & personal skills
- Knowledge of F&B control procedures
- Good knowledge of wines and spirits and service
