Job Summary
We're looking for bartenders who move fast, stay sharp, and deliver strong, genuine service in a high-energy dive bar setting focused on highballs, beer, and good music.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve cocktails, highballs, beer, and spirits accurately to meet customer orders
- Manage busy service periods efficiently, maintaining speed and accuracy under pressure
- Create a welcoming and engaging atmosphere for guests and regular customers
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area throughout service
- Perform opening and closing duties, including managing stock levels to ensure availability
- Collaborate closely with floor and kitchen teams to ensure smooth service flow
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Previous bartending or bar service experience
- Comfortable working late nights, weekends, and during high-volume shifts
- Communicate effectively and contribute positively within a team environment
- Maintain strong situational awareness and urgency behind the bar
- Exhibit a friendly personality, good music taste, and genuine hospitality
- Stay calm and composed during busy or stressful periods
