1. Experienced in making (deep-fried dough sticks) for many years

2.Set up workstations with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment
3. Capable of preparing Douhua (tofu pudding) and soybean milk in high-temperature kitchen environments.
4. Physically fit and capable of heavy lifting.
5.Possess high stamina for long working shifts.
6.Track inventory stock in kitchen and conduct daily order
7.Maintaina sanitized and orderly environment in the kitchen
8.Constantly rectify and improve issues /procedures to improve food standard
