Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately to meet customer orders
- Engage with guests to create a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area to ensure a safe and efficient workspace
- Manage stock levels and assist with inventory control to support smooth bar operations
- Work collaboratively with team members to deliver excellent customer service during busy periods
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Previous bartending experience preferred to perform core duties effectively
- Strong knowledge of classic cocktails and spirits to prepare quality drinks
- Positive attitude and ability to work well within a team environment
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet operational needs
