Bartender

Responsibilities:

• Have the flair and innovation to create new beverage concoctions
• Complete work & side duties, opening & closing tasks for an effective restaurant & bar operation
• Ensure that all reservations are correctly taken and sets the table according to the guests request
• Understand requirements and procedures for all meal periods to meet demand and maximize revenue and profit
• Anticipate and meet unexpected wishes and requirements of every guest
• Perform other adhoc duties assigned to by the Restaurant Manager.

Requirements:

• Minimum one year of experience in a bar environment preferred.
• Good knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, beers and basic food pairings.
• Familiar with bar operations, service standards, and hygiene practices.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Flexible and adaptable to operational needs.
• Team player with a positive and professional attitude.
• Able to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• 9.5 hrs per day (include breaktime), 2 rotating shift - Morning & Afternoon Shift
