FOH & Bar Operations
Oversee daily FOH and bar operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
Prepare sufficient mise-en-place and ensure availability at all times
Prepare and serve beverages(alcoholic and non)
Ensure compliance with health and safety policies
Customer Engagement & Experience
Deliver an engaging and memorable experience for guests
Provide food & drink recommendations based on customer preferencesAddress guest concerns or complaints professionally and efficiently
Inventory & Cost Control
Monitor stock levels and coordinate supplies orders.
Transactions & Payments
Ensure accurate transactions on POS, payments and reporting

Requirements:
Minimum 1 years F&B experience in a FOH or Bar role
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift kegs (up to 30L kegs) required
Fluent in both written and spoken English
Minimum basic proficiency in MS Excel and Word
Ability to work nights, weekends and public holidays
Ability to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Working Conditions and Schedule
5-day work week including weekends and Public Holidays (with leave-in-lieu entitlement)
