Bartender

Monthly Salary: UP to $3200 (Negotiable)

Working Address: Multiple locations

Working hours: 5 days (44 hours a week)

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Be able to create cocktails from the cocktail menu

• Curate new cocktails in line with the flavours of the restaurant

• Service directly at tables during busy period, paying extreme attention to detail

• Satisfying guest requests in a timely manner

• Assessing customer preferences and making beverage recommendations

• Providing a positive, personalised and friendly guest experience

• Maintain COGS

• Assisting with turning tables during service

• Support floor duties

• Handle administrative duties

Qualification and Requirements:

• Experience as a bar personnel.

• Good beverage knowledge, including wines and sake

• Creativity to be able to curate interesting and progressive cocktail program

• Inventory management and weekly control of stock

• Great personality to interact and interface with customers.

• Team player willing to go above and beyond

• Fun and lively

• Able to exemplify the image and vibe of the restaurant/bar
