BARTENDER

Job Description

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to company standards.
• Recommend beverages and provide product knowledge to guests.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and create a welcoming bar and dining experience.
• Ensure the bar is clean, organized, and fully stocked at all times.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock ordering and replenishment.
• Follow recipes and standard operating procedures to ensure consistency and quality.
• Verify customers age where required and ensure responsible service of alcohol.
• Operate the POS system and process customer payments accurately.
• Comply with food safety, workplace safety, and liquor licensing regulations.
• Assist with restaurant floor duties and service operations as required, including taking orders, serving food and beverages, clearing and resetting tables, and attending to guests.
• Work closely with the restaurant service team to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Perform opening and closing duties.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by Management.
