Key Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly and take drink orders.
Mix, garnish, and serve drinks according to standard recipes.
Prepare and serve a wide range of premium cocktails, wines, spirits, and non-alcoholic beverages according to the Club standards and Members preferences.
Comply with all food safety and alcohol service laws and company policies.
Deliver impeccable, anticipatory service with genuine hospitality in line with the Club standards.
Maintain a deep knowledge of the bar menu, seasonal cocktails, wine list, and beverage pairings to make informed recommendations to Members.
Ensure the bar area is always clean, organized, and well-stocked.
Adhere to all responsible alcohol service regulations and Club safety policies.
Handle all the payment transactions accurately.
Work collaboratively with service team, and culinary teams to ensure seamless Members experiences.
Anticipate members needs and preferences to create personalized and memorable moments.
Maintain composure and professionalism in a fast-paced, high-end environment.
Participate in regular training sessions and contribute to the development of new cocktail concepts.
Handle guest complaints or feedback professionally and promptly.
Assist in opening and closing duties for the bar.
Requirement
High school diploma or equivalent required formal bartending or hospitality training preferred.
Minimum 2 years bartending experience in a luxury hotel, fine-dining restaurant, or upscale lounge.
Expert knowledge of mixology, cocktail trends, wine, and premium spirits.
Exceptional customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Highly polished personal presentation and professional demeanour.
Ability to work under pressure while maintaining grace and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask such as bartending and service
Certification in Responsible Alcohol Service (e.g., TIPS, SMART, or equivalent).
Basic knowledge of POS systems and inventory control.
Attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness.
Multilingual abilities (preferred but not required).
