Location: 180 Orchard, Alleybar/Acid Bar
Additional: $600 Allowances (T&Cs apply) + SIGN-ON BONUS: up to $600 (T&Cs apply)
Sunday to Thursday: 3pm - 1am
Friday and Saturday/PH/PH Eve: 11 - 5pm / 5pm - 2am
5 days work week, 44hr per week

Job Descriptions:
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following standard recipes.
- Provide prompt, attentive, and courteous service to guests, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area, including equipment, glasses, and inventory.
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately.
- Verify legal drinking age and ensure responsible service of alcohol.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards, including regular cleaning of the bar area and equipment.
- Keep up-to-date knowledge of drink recipes, new menu items, and bar promotions.
- Assist with inventory management, including restocking and requisitioning supplies as needed.
Requirements:
- Maintains a clean, neat, and well-groomed appearance.
- Able to commit to shift work.
- Willing to learn.
- Able to communicate with customers.
- Work involves serving and tasting beverages that contain alcohol.
