Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and beverages to meet customer preferences
- Operate coffee machines efficiently and maintain cleanliness of the equipment and work area
- Deliver friendly and efficient customer service to enhance customer experience
- Process customer orders accurately to ensure timely service
- Collaborate with team members to maintain smooth daily operations
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
- Good communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Prior barista or customer service experience is a bonus (training provided)
- Strong customer service skills to handle customer needs professionally
