Primary Responsibility
. Cleaning, Maintenance and Trouble-shooting of Coffee Machine
. Grinding, Dosing and Tamping
. Extraction and Brewing
. Milking Techniques
. Basic understanding of making western coffee (eg. Latte/ Cappuccino)
. Basic understanding of making latte arts
. Able to calibrate the grinders and make an espresso/cappuccino/latte
. Take clients orders and serving beverages accordingly
. Will prepare and serve our full range of hot and cold drinks, sweet and savoury snacks.
. Maintain presentation and tidiness at Cashier Counter, enforcing a high standard of hygiene and sanitation
. Estimate demand and making the coffee accordingly, without making unnecessary wastage
. Assist in set-up of display counter and condiments counter for service
. Perform cashiering duties, handle cash and Point of Sales Machines, and do daily closing and balancing of cash
Customer Service
. Be polite in clients presence
. Assist clients with regards to outlet operation
. Update clients feedbacks immediately to supervisor
. Have good eye contact when speaking with another
. Communicate effectively including with team members
Hygiene and Work Safety
. Practice good food hygiene and personal hygiene
. Take care to prevent any food contamination
. Reinforce all outlets follow strictly
. Observe safe work procedures when handling equipment
. Strictly follow employees entrance and emergency procedures at clients premise
