Barista

Position Overview: The Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee and tea beverages, as well as providing exceptional customer service to patrons of The Bagel Bunch. They will work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure a seamless dining experience for customers.

Key Responsibilities:

. Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold coffee and tea beverages, including espresso-based drinks, brewed coffee, and specialty teas.

. Provide friendly and efficient service to customers, taking orders accurately and ensuring they are served promptly.

. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the coffee bar area, including cleaning and sanitizing equipment, stocking supplies, and disposing of waste properly.

. Take initiative to learn about the different coffee and tea offerings and educate customers about their options.

. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage orders and ensure timely service.

Qualifications:

. Previous experience as a barista or in a similar customer service role is preferred but not a must.

. Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and familiarity with espresso machines and other coffee equipment.

. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for providing excellent customer service.

. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

. Flexibility to work specific weekdays and weekends as needed.
