About the Role:
Join our team as a Barista Supervisor, where you'll bring our coffee and beverage experience to life! In this role, you'll prepare coffee and non-coffee beverages, handle cashiering and ordering, prepare simple hot food items, and deliver outstanding customer service to our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare coffee and non-coffee based beverages to the highest standard.
- Assist with ordering, cashiering, and inventory management.
- Prepare and serve a simple hot food menu.
- Provide excellent customer service, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for guests.
- Assist and support coffee cart events when necessary
- Oversee multiple sites, ensuring SOP and quality control.
- Manage staff scheduling and training.

- 5-day work week

Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a supervisory role in relevant industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple responsibilities.
- Willing to travel to multiple locations
- Basic barista skills with knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and equipment
- Pleasant, positive attitude, responsible, and proactive
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
