Job Description
- Barista with minimum 3 years experience, with excellent latte art skills
- Greet and coordinate the seating of guests
- Recognise regular guests and highlight their preferences to the manager
- Basic bartending skills preferred - training will be provided
- Record and report all complaints to the manager immediately
- Promote the restaurant by establishing a loyal and regular customer base, maintaining a regular customer database and personalising customer service
- Ensure waiters and waitresses are able to describe the dishes properly and are well groomed and properly attired
- Maintain the highest standard of cleanliness
- Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
- Singaporeans and PRs preferred, EP may be considered.
