We are looking for a passionate and skilled Head Barista / Bartender to lead our beverage programme and deliver unforgettable guest experiences.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead bar and coffee operations, ensuring consistency and quality in all beverages.
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee, cocktails, mocktails, and other beverages.
- Train, mentor, and supervise bar team members to maintain high service standards.
- Collaborate with the culinary and management team on seasonal beverage menus.
- Manage beverage inventory, ordering, and stock control.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety of all bar and coffee stations.
- Engage with guests warmly, making recommendations and tailoring experiences.
- Ensure proper maintenance of coffee machines, bar equipment, and glassware.
Job Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience as a barista, bartender, or in a similar leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of specialty coffee, cocktails, and beverage preparation.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team with professionalism and positivity.
- Excellent guest interaction and communication skills.
- Passionate about hospitality and delivering memorable dining experiences.
- Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
