About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and energetic team member to join our cafe. This role involves preparing traditional kopi and teh drinks. The ideal candidate should be service-oriented, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have a passion for delivering a great experience to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve traditional kopi, teh, soft boiled eggs and other hot/cold beverages according to recipes and standards.
- Ensure cleanliness and proper upkeep of the work area, equipment, and utensils.
- Assist in stock replenishment and maintain proper storage of ingredients and supplies.
- Deliver friendly, efficient, and professional service to all customers.
- Follow food hygiene and safety standards at all times.
Requirements
- Prior experience in F&B, kopitiam, or caf environment preferred (training will be provided for the right candidate).
- Able to work in a fast-paced setting and handle peak-hour rush.
- Friendly, customer-oriented attitude with good teamwork, working as a team during peak hours or when a colleague is on leave/MC.
