Barista - Part Time

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Part-Time Baristato join the EarlyAfter team. This role is ideal for individuals with hands-on caf experience who take pride in coffee quality, consistency, and customer service. You will be responsible for preparing specialty coffee beverages, maintaining espresso standards, and supporting daily caf operations.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve espresso-based beverages, brewed coffee, and specialty drinks to EarlyAfter standards

Perform machine calibration, including grind adjustment

Execute consistent latte art e.g. heart, tulip, rosetta

Monitor coffee quality throughout service and recalibrate when required

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of coffee equipment, bar counter, and workstations

Assist with opening and closing duties when scheduled

Provide warm, attentive, and professional customer service

Requirements

Prior experience as a barista in a specialty or caf setting

Able to calibrate espresso machines

Confident in latte art and milk texturing

Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and teamwork

Comfortable working weekends, public holidays, or peak periods
