Job Responsibilities:
- Ability to brew Coffee, to do espresso extraction, latte art in a nice and beautiful way
- To prepare and innovate all other drinks
- Ability to build rapport with customers and to welcome and inform them about our beans and our products.
- Cleaning and restocking work at the coffee section, and sanitizing equipment and utensils.
- In charge of opening and closing shifts one certain days
- To innovate and build a portfolio of beverage
- To build the beverage menu and brand
- To recruit and train new comers
- Placing orders to suppliers
JOB REQUIREMENTS-
- Minimum 2 yrs of barista experience
- Ability to build rapport with the customers
- Ability to build the beverage business
