What You'll Be Leading

Customer Excellence

Be the face of warm, memorable service - making guests feel seen, heard, and appreciated.
Lead by example and train FOH teams to deliver Little Farms signature hospitality experience.
Personalize interactions, remembering regulars and raising the bar for return-worthy service.
Empower the team to master upselling and elevate the dining experience with thoughtful recommendations.

People Excellence

Coach, mentor, and energize part-timers and full-timers alike.
Align FOH and BOH teams with clear goals and shared enthusiasm through Daily Smashes.
Keep the vibe positive, collaborative, and motivated - even in the busiest rushes.

Operational Excellence

Be the eagle-eye on the floor, solving bottlenecks before they appear.
Keep the front-of-house spotless, prepped, and welcoming at all times.
Help with inventory, stock checks, and the little things that keep us running smoothly.
Support and uphold F&B SOPs so service flows like your favorite espresso shot - smooth and strong.

Health & Food Safety Excellence

Lead by example in maintaining a safe, hygienic, and inspection-ready environment.
Regularly train team members in hygiene best practices - because safety is service too.
Keep a proactive eye on food handling, cleanliness, and all health protocols.

What You Bring

- Proven experience in hospitality leadership, preferably in cafes or restaurants
- Passion for coffee, service, and people
- Ability to keep calm under pressure and lead a team with clarity and warmth
- Strong communication skills - both listening and directing
- Confidence in solving problems with a customer-first mindset
