1. Beverage Preparation
Prepare all coffee, tea, and specialty drinks according to our SOPs.
Assist with preparing selected beverages ahead of opening (mise-en-place).
Maintain consistency, quality, and presentation of all drinks served.
2. Front of House Duties
Take customer orders at the counter and provide warm, friendly service.
Assist with running food/drinks and clearing tables efficiently.
Maintain cleanliness of the service area, condiment station, and dining space.
3. Opening & Closing Duties
Support daily opening preparation, including basic setup and replenishment.
Assist with end-of-day closing tasks such as cleaning, restocking, and equipment shutdown.
4. General Caf Support
Work closely with the team to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
Uphold hygiene standards and follow all caf protocols.
Requirements
Prior barista experience preferred
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Able to commit to weekend or peak-hour shifts & Public Holidays
