BARISTA FOR COZY CAFE AT FARRER PARK

1. Beverage Preparation

• Prepare all coffee, tea, and specialty drinks according to our SOPs.

• Assist with preparing selected beverages ahead of opening (mise-en-place).

• Maintain consistency, quality, and presentation of all drinks served.

2. Front of House Duties

• Take customer orders at the counter and provide warm, friendly service.

• Assist with running food/drinks and clearing tables efficiently.

• Maintain cleanliness of the service area, condiment station, and dining space.

3. Opening & Closing Duties

• Support daily opening preparation, including basic setup and replenishment.

• Assist with end-of-day closing tasks such as cleaning, restocking, and equipment shutdown.

4. General Caf Support

• Work closely with the team to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.

• Uphold hygiene standards and follow all caf protocols.

Requirements

• Prior barista experience preferred

• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Able to commit to weekend or peak-hour shifts & Public Holidays
