Barista

We're seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Barista to join our team! As a Barista, you'll be responsible for preparing high-quality beverages, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and welcoming cafe environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Beverage Preparation:

- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee drinks, including espresso, lattes, and cappuccinos.

- Maintain knowledge of coffee drinks, ingredients, and preparation methods.

2. Customer Service:

- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.

- Engage with customers, answer questions, and make recommendations.

3. Cafe Operations:

- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the coffee bar, equipment, and surrounding areas.

- Restock supplies, manage inventory, and perform daily tasks as assigned.

4. Teamwork:

- Work collaboratively with other baristas, servers, and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service.

- Support colleagues during busy periods and contribute to a positive team environment.

Requirements:

1. Experience: Previous experience as a barista or in a similar role is preferred, but not required.

2. Skills:

- Strong knowledge of coffee and beverage preparation.

- Excellent customer service and communication skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.

- Basic math skills and ability to handle cash transactions.

3. Qualifications:

- No specific qualifications required, but certification in coffee preparation or a related field is an advantage.
