Barista

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages (espresso-based, manual brew, etc.) in accordance with company standards
• Operate coffee machines, grinders, and other equipment efficiently and safely
• Ensure consistency in drink quality, taste, and presentation
• Provide excellent customer service and engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the caf, including workstations and equipment
• Handle cashiering duties, order taking, and POS system operations
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock replenishment
• Follow all food safety and workplace safety regulations
• Support daily caf operations and team collaboration

Job Requirements

• Prior experience as a barista or in F&B industry preferred (training will be provided for entry-level candidates)
• Basic knowledge of coffee preparation and equipment handling is an advantage
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong team spirit
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and flexible shifts (including weekends and public holidays)
• Physically able to stand for extended periods
