Oversee daily bar operations, ensuring smooth service and consistent beverage quality.
Prepare and serve cocktails, mocktails, specialty drinks, and coffee to brand standards.
Supervise, train, and guide bar staff and junior bartenders during service.
Lead drink innovation and contribute to seasonal beverage menus and promotions.
Manage bar inventory, stock-taking, ordering, and cost control.
Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards at the bar and beverage stations.
Engage guests confidently, provide drink recommendations, and enhance guest experience.
Maintain bar equipment, glassware, and proper setup at all times.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a bar, caf, or beverage-focused role.
Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, coffee preparation, and beverage service.
Passion for drink creation and innovation.
Leadership ability with experience supervising or training junior staff.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Willing to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
