Barista cum Service Crew

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Taking reservations serves customers by helping to take their orders and serve them.
2. Makes and serves simple beverages.
3. Makes and serves simple food products consistently for all customers by adhering to all recipe and presentation standards.
4. Responsible for preparation work before opening and after closing.
5. Drives sales through the engagement of customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge.
6. Ensure customers have a great time throughout their dining experience
7. Processes payments by totaling purchases, processing checks, cash, and store or other credit and debit cards.
8. Cashiering Duties (Process payments using cash registers and payment terminals.)
9. Alerts management of potential security issues.
10. Assists with inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise.
11. Assists with the cleanliness and housekeeping of work areas
12. Cleaning tables after clients have left and getting such tables prepared for the next set of clients
13. Other ad hoc Caf-related duties assigned by the supervisor

Requirements:

1. Able to start work immediately
2. Possess the mandatory Basic Food Hygiene Certificate for food handling
3. Preferably with at least 1 year of experience in F&B establishments.
4. Possess a positive work attitude and a team player able to work in a fast pace environment.
