We are looking for a Barista / Front-of-House team member who is passionate about coffee and beverages, while also being comfortable supporting customer service and general FOH duties.
The ideal candidate is warm, responsible and service-minded, enjoys interacting with guests, and is able to work efficiently in a fast-paced café environment. Experience in preparing espresso-based coffee, matcha and other café beverages would be preferred.

Job Responsibilities
- Experience learning & crafting matcha, coffee and other beverages
- Ensure proper portioning, presentation and quality control for all beverages
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar, coffee station and FOH areas throughout the shift
- Welcome and attend to customers warmly
- Explain menu items and ordering process
- Take customer orders and process payments
- Serve food and beverages
- Prepare selected food and drink items according to SOPs
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and food safety standards
- Support daily outlet operations and other ad-hoc duties

Requirements
- Food Safety and Hygiene Level 1 certification is mandatory
- Positive and empathetic attitude towards work
- Friendly and comfortable interacting with customers
- Team player with good communication skills
- Fluent in English
- Able to work in a fast-paced cafe environment
- Able to commit weekends and public holidays where required
Preferred
- Prior F&B, cafe or hospitality experience
- Possess the skills of a qualified barista
- Experience in cashiering, customer service, coffee, matcha or beverage preparation
